・Due to customer errors in text or design selection, returns or exchanges are not possible.

・Orders cannot be canceled after confirmation of your desired text or design.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase from ALXSHAREPEN. We hope you are happy with your order. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your item for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please review the details of our return policy below.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the dispatch date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• New and unused

• In their original condition

• With all original tags and labels attached

• In undamaged original protective packaging

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at:

Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.

Once you receive your RMA number:

1. Securely place the item in its original packaging.

2. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

3. Mail your return to the address below:

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

REFUNDS

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Please allow:

• At least four (4) days from receipt of the item for processing

• 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement (depending on your card provider)

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at the email address above to arrange a refund or exchange.

PLEASE NOTE

• A $20.00 restocking fee applies to all returns.

• Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

• If a package cannot be delivered due to long-term absence or refusal of delivery, the shipping carrier may dispose of the item. In such cases, we cannot offer a refund or resend the item.
