FIREARMS ENGRAVING
I can not engrave any serialized parts of firearms because I do not have an FFL and it’s required by the ATF to work on those part. (they consider that Gunsmithing) I can engrave non serialized parts like slides and barrels as these are not regulated or considered firearms.
Engraving, customizing, refinishing, or repairing firearms as a business, you are considered a gunsmith (dealer) and must have an FFL.
